A famous East African bbq meat delicacy. Cubes of steak/chicken are marinated and then skewered and grilled until tender.

- Oven-Roasted:
Preheat your oven to 160℃. Place your chicken inside the oven and then let it grill for about an hour at a temperature of 160℃. Fork your chicken to check if it’s cooked, tender and juicy.
- BBQ Grill:
Your overall grill temperature should be hovering around 350 degrees F. This means you will have juicy, flavorful chicken from edge to edge! Use a great internal thermometer in the thickest part of your chicken breast to check the temperature of your chicken as it cooks.
- BBQ Grill:
Clean and oil your grill grate, and place the prepared skewers onto the grill over high heat. Flip the skewers every 3-4 minutes, until they reach about 125-130°F (52-54°C).
